Conveyor belt welding

Our service includes the welding of conveyor belts using a powerful, modern vulcanising press. Hot splicing requires high temperatures (120–190°C) and high pressure – these two factors result in a very strong connection between the ends of the belt and ensure a long period of continued trouble-free operation. Care and precision are assured when performing the splicing.

Splicing of conveyor belts on the machine

We have a high-end mobile sealing machine at our disposal, making it possible to splice the straps directly on the machine at the customer’s industrial site. For logistical reasons, we mainly travel to sites in the Silesian Voivodeship. We make every effort to keep the lead time as short as possible, because we know that belt damage often occurs at the least convenient time.
